The place was fairly clean with courteous staff members. There were very comfy beds and central heating, a work desk, and a TV inside the room. the setting was magnificent, just next door to major attractions at Niagara Falls, Scotiabank Convention Centre, and Niagara Falls. Lucky that it was not too far from Papa John's Pizza, offering food to go.

The stay here was comfortable, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with unbeatable location short walk to all the attractions in Clifton hill and food places. Terrific service, though a few employees were not very helpful.

lovely hotel with favourable location very near to clifton hill. well-maintained queen room with 1 bed instead 2, jacuzzi, shampoo. paid us $ 283. perfect customer service.

The Diplomat is an older hotel, but the staff where the best I have ever seen. The location is just a couple min from the main strip. Pool was ok and the price was great ( All you can eat buffet 1 min away for $6.99)

We really enjoyed the convenience of the queen room. the room was huge with exceptionally comfortable beds. - the location of the hotel was great, within walking distance from A 158 m Concrete Spire.

Within walking distance of all attractions, clean room, but, beware if you select the jacuzzi option - it's a very nice red heart shaped jacuzzi that took me and my boyfriend by surprise so much so that we were laughing over it. Not a high end hotel stay, but good if you want to pay little and enjoy a jacuzzi
